It is our pleasure to introduce you to author & award-winning Chef Scottie Johnson. Scottie offers a variety of dishes that will suit your personal preferences; from gourmet entrees to elegant and delightful desserts. One of his passion is to create new dishes while putting twists on traditional dishes.
Chef Scottie, a 27-year Army veteran, was the 2019 Georgia Seafood Champion of the annual Georgia Seafood Festival. We are delighted to have him bring his superior culinary skills to Hollywood Farms!
