The Clays Range at Doc’s Pond Shooting Ground
They called it Doc’s Pond because every man who laid eyes on it had the same question: “Can you ask Doc if I can fish here?” But these days, it’s not just about the water—it’s about the shot.
Doc’s Pond is a private shooting ground, reserved for one group at a time. No crowded courses, no waiting your turn—just you, your crew, and the shotguns swinging free. Sporting clays is always a thrill, but a private sporting clays experience? That’s something else entirely. Here, we set up the shooting exactly how you want it.
We’ve got two five-stand venues, each designed to replicate real-world wing shooting:
- The Pavilion throws every shot you’ll see in the field—high overheads, vertical risers, left-to-right crossers, quartering birds, and wild covey flushes. We even roll a rabbit for those who like a taste of fur and feather.
- The Dock is built for the waterfowler, simulating real duck hunting scenarios—crossing shots, quartering birds, overhead mallards, and those cupped-up greenheads dropping in from all angles.
The shooting is as good as it gets, and the company’s even better. Come take your shot at Doc’s Pond.
